000000 999999 On the 4th of July, 1998, the odometer passed the 200,000 mile mark.
So, Chuck is now ready to retire his toy.
How many Camaros do you suppose ever go this far? Must be a Guiness record, don't you think?

On April 4 of 1987, as he began his 2nd childhood, it was Chuck's birthday present to himself (of course, his daughter, Deanna, lobbied pretty hard for it, too). It has taken him to Canada, California, Florida, and New York, as well as to and from work nearly every day for 11 years... rain... shine... heat... snow. Only 3 speeding tickets... pretty good, huh?
It's a bit rusty now, but it still purrs like a kitten... and the air conditioning works great, even though it's never been serviced.

When the Z-28 was new, Chuck had this picture painted on his polo shirt. He didn't wear the shirt out, he out-grew it (literally).
